• Step 1 – Initial Diagnosis: Our mobile technician diagnoses your hybrid battery issue at your home, workplace, or roadside.
• Step 2 – Battery Removal: Your faulty or degraded battery is safely removed using dealer-level equipment.
• Step 3 – Loan Battery Fitted: A fully-tested loan hybrid battery is installed into your car, allowing you to drive as normal.
• Step 4 – Repair/Reconditioning: Your original battery is taken to our workshop for repair, reconditioning, or module balancing.
• Step 5 – Return & Refitting: Once repaired, we return and refit your own battery and collect our loan unit.
