If you suspect your ECU is faulty, but you’re not 100% sure, this service is for you.

We send you a working ECU, programmed to your car specs. You have 14 days to try it in your vehicle. If it solves the fault, great—you’re done. If not, send it back for a partial refund minus a restocking fee of £97.50 + VAT.

  2. Plug & Play
    We ship you a replacement ECU, pre-coded or cloned where possible. Install it in your vehicle and monitor how it behaves during your day-to-day driving.

  3. Return or Keep

    • If it fixes the issue, job done—you keep it.

    • If not, return it within 14 days and we’ll refund you minus the fee.

💷 Fees & Important Details

  • Restocking Fee: £97.50 + VAT (deducted from refund)

  • Shipping: Non-refundable. You cover return postage.

  • International Orders: May incur additional fees—please contact us first.

  • Returns: Unit must be undamaged and in original condition.

  • Not Eligible:

    • ECUs marked “No Warranty”

    • Water-damaged, tampered, or overvolted units

    • Broken warranty seals
